Ms. Cervantes, the PA that saw me, was so genuinely sweet, concerned about my overall health, & willing to help me get a grip on several medical issues I had going on. It wasn’t the generic, non-personal experience you get at a lot of doctors office’s these days. Even as a new patient, I was seen relatively fast, and the entire process from paperwork forward was streamlined and easy to navigate. I’m very pleased with having found The Physicians of San Antonio, and Dr. Cervantes.

I was getting blood work results so it was not a typical doctors visit. Nonetheless, I really took to her snd I feel it’s important to like your medical staff. She was professional and very thorough. I will be recommending my daughter to see her as well.

Dr Dawn Taylor is the bomb. In less than a year she has made my Diabetes, my weight, my A1C, my morale , the best it has ever been. She truly cares for you and listens to you, when you have questions or concerns. She takes the time to discuss with you what is best for you, and guides you in the right direction. I have always received such personal care and attention at this office no matter who I see. Ashley and Dr. Bernstein both take the time to get to know you and listen to your concerns. All of the staff are friendly and kind. I have referred all of my friends and family. Thank you to everyone who has taken such good care of me.

Dawn Taylor did an excellent job of listening to my concerns and providing me with a full range of care. She had useful information that she delivered without sounding alarmist. I really enjoyed my visit with her.

Dr Dawn Taylor is an awesome doctor. My son Justin is autistic and she really took her time with him. She asked him questions and patiently waited for his responses. She's not one of those doctors that come in for 5-10 minutes, talk but don't listen and then leave. I would recommend Dr. Dawn to anybody looking for a doctor who really cares about you and your health.

Today I met with Ashley Greene for the first time. She had was very personable and sweet. She listened and took time to hear my questions and provide suggestions. Her staff also went above and beyond to help get my medicine authorization rushed so I didn't have a further delay to get my medicine. The office staff were incredibly nice. The facility was clean. This was a fabulous visit.
